Ruturns & Refunds

All of our goods are made to order and we do not offer a refund. 

 

Each garment is made with a lot of love and meticulously checked prior to despatch.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form on our Contact Page with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our absolute best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


Simply fill in the form on our Contact Page highlighting you require to return goods and the reason, and we will email you a return slip for you to send goods back to us.

Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note we email you and follow the steps below:​

  1. Fill in the details on the returns note including the order number.

  2. Tear off the completed returns note and place it inside the parcel with the item(s) you are returning (this is really important as we can’t action a refund without it).

  3. Return your parcel using your preferred method (recorded delivery preferably). Please be aware that we don’t offer free returns. Postage is paid by the sender and will not be refunded by us. 

  4. Keep your proof of return until you receive confirmation we have received the returned goods, and you have been refunded. You will receive a refund within 28 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.
